Photoessay #2836 - Day with Melina

Today, Dennis and I decided to take Melina out. She had sai

d that she wanted to see the Disney movie "Wreck it Ralph." We said she could bring a friend (Melody who we took to Mt. Rainier last summer).  We thought things would be crazy the Saturday before xmas.  But they weren't.  We picked them up in Redmond, traveled to Northgate.  Early!  Went to Danny's restaurant where he was working supervising the front end of this pretty big sushi restaurant.  First picture.

Turns out we could buy the movie tickets at a discount.  Went over to the big Regal theater complex across the street.  Saw the movie, then went to Third Place Books. I had bought her a $50 gift card there for xmas.  They have great cake there which I never buy, for obvikous reasons (see second picture).  Melina picked out a book, decided to buy Melody a book from her gift card. 

Melina wanted to come to our house for awhile.  She and Melody threw the ball in the dark for Teddy.  Susanna and Naomi came home.  I had a dinner going which I could stretch if I needed.  So everybody stayed for dinner.  As they say, all good.

But I'm tired out!
