Which is what we have been doing all weekend. It's graduation weekend at UW; Matt and Ilana are here from Indiana for Matt's graduation. And he won an award for best design for some project at the Mechanical Engineering ceremony.
So Friday night was the party at the delicatessan. Last night was the Changes Board dinner which is always a blast. And today we hosted Matt's family etc after the Mechanical Engineering graduation. We had the leftovers from the Friday party. I made a beautiful fruit plate(2). I ordered another carrot graduation cake. I made a lemon pie. Nice weather, yay! We set up the cooler on the deck. It all went great, we had a houseful including all of my kids which doesn't happen very often. Melina too.
So after awhile, Matt's relatives left and Danny and Jessica plus the greater G's showed up. So the house was all filled up again with lots more people.
I even bought some more outside chairs for the occasion. The ones we have are at least 20 years old and look like they've been left outside which they have. Pretty disreputable.
