Yeah, it's surgery for me. Knee replacement surgery. Times two. If I make it that far. The doc updated my score to a 4 (that's the worst) after looking at the xrays. They have nothing else to offer. Neither do naturopaths. See where the bones are really close together on the inside? That means no cartilage, 'bone on bone'
Probably the first one in the fall.
I have had a lot of problems with my knees, it's not a surprise.
