We miss Juan's food

For years, we went to Juan's mexican food restaurant.  Usually once/week.  Because nobody made mexican food like Juan did.  Just no comparison.  He ruined us for any other mexican food.  Above shows a leftover's box with his shrimp burrito with its big shrimps and creamy custom sauce and his guacamole with chunks of avocado, apple and red onion.

But he ran into trouble and had to close probably a year ago.  We're been searching for a new mexican restaurant and there just isn't one.  Nobody made food like Juan did.
