Continuing with the pet theme...
Susanna sent me a picture today of her Hammy 'reading' one of my favorite books."Don't let the pigeon drive the bus!" By Mo Willem. Naomi brought that book home and I thought it was so funny. I love the pigeon! I know that Naomi left the book at the library in Macao. I'm sure there are other copies available.
Susanna likes this book too! Maybe even Hammy. With any luck Hammy will be in Seattle before too long. Even though he's a southern boy from Mississippi. He can get along with his country boy cousin Teddy who began his life in Roy, WA.
I recommend this book highly. Many dramatizations available on you tube. This is an excellent animated version
