Photoessay #2577 - This archaeology class!

Next time, I say that I want to take a 400 level class in a discipline that I know nothing about plus join the class in a regular student status, remind me, ok?  Don't do it!

I know this will work out fine but when I look at the reading for Wednesday, aack!  aack!  Plus I have to make a presentation in two weeks and I really don't know what I'm doing.  However, I have gone from movement to migration to journeys.  This is likely the right direction.  I've got a bunch of books.  This is definitely something you can pick up on the internet.

The picture is from a book "Prehistoric Journeys," ok I will get legit here "On the trail of the Caribou hunters" archaeological surveys in Western Greenland," by Ulla Odgaard.  Shows members of the research team resting in a "hunter's bed,"  The hunters would stop, line the beds they made at stops during their hunt, line them with heather and cover them with  caribou skins.  Yup Western Greenland.

Anyway, it's a ton of work but I asked for it!
