The Feast of the Hunters' Moon is a re-creation of the annual fall gathering of the French and Native Americans which took place Fort Ouiatenon, a fur-trading outpost in the mid - 1700s. It is held annually in early autumn on the banks of the Wabash River, four miles southwest of West Lafayette, Indiana. My sister participated for many years as a member of a singing group and really enjoys it. Ilana and Matt enjoy it too.
My sister, Pam is third from the left in the front row sitting on the stool.
One thing that makes my sister stand out is that she can sing! I cannot sing; well not in key anyway. Nor carry a tone. I have the emotional components, I can feel it. I just cannot do it! But she can.
Lucky!
