Photoessay #2881 - Action Shot

Some may think that it's hard to come up with an action shot when working with archives.

Nonsense, I included two in my original Maier Zunder paper, of Mary Ann and Marvin at the Ethnic Heritage Center.

Here's an action shot taken by my brother in New Haven during my trip to New Haven third week in January.  You know, the trip that we bought tickets on Southwest in case the weather looked bad.  Then went anyway?

Marvin, the archivist  at the Jewish Historical Societyand I are working on something with the scrapbooks. Don't know what.   Truly those scrapbooks are a treasure.  And Marvin is so good to me, no question.  Myself and my entourage are frequent visitors!

I hadn't realized but my publication in Connecticut History made him look good in front of the Board.  He had some solid evidence that his archive and help for those interested in it resulted in a publication.

That event was just good for everybody!
