Photoessay #2093 - 2005 scenics

I'm going through pictures again.  It's part of the going through our junk/only ONE storage room/garage sale for books project.  Dennis took a lot of pictures with his film camera 2001-2006.  Lots and lots of pictures of soccer and softball teams full of players we don't recognize.  A lot.  So far, I'm prepared to toss a pile of 4x6 prints at least eight inches high.  I still have two whole boxes to go.

I've found some gems.  The City Tournament mud.  I think these two Northwest scenics date from 2005.  Maybe from a ferry trip?  Nice to get the blues of the water and the pretty sky.  See the blue light?  This could have been taking during the summer.  None of that brilliant yellow California light.  Yes, I miss it.

And some crocuses.  Our yard?  Who knows?

Rather late last night, I met with my writing group.  I took the challenge from Natalie S to show some discrimination I felt and imagined a fourth grade conversation about Loving Jesus.  They helped me get the dialogue to sound age appropriate.  Yet, at my inner circle group, a group of older five older women, hopelessly bonded together, one member wrote about a tragic death of a deeply disturbed young man.  Two members discussed since he had professed to love Jesus, his soul would be rescued.  Two sides of the same coin.  Just to show that it's everywhere.
