So, is it worth traveling all the way to Alabama, which seems to be truly on the other side of the world, to go to school? It's a tough question, so far away, and culturally it's got to be way different. What if you really want to earn this degree and it has to be accredited so you cast your net widely? What if they want you to fly there for an interview? Even if somebody else pays the plane ticket? What if your sleeping arrangements before the interview is a window seat of a red eye? I guess you would find out if you could really make it there.
Definitely questions for the young.
I admit to being the 'cast your net widely' person. I didn't think about the darn interviews. But you want the interviews, right?
I was also casting for some appropriate non-identifying picture and found this one. Darn, if it didn't come from the application page of the exact program. It's a sign. Of something. The picture speaks to me somehow....
Remember that sickness I had which had me stumped for a week? Now my husband has it.
