I'm still in love with the mole sauce at our local mexican place. But lately, I've been roasting peppers. Not sure why sweet peppers would be on sale in February in Seattle. I likely do not want to know the details, I'm sure it's carbon wasteful.
Lately I've been roasting them and then putting them in things. Usually involving the demon rice or demon tortillas. Bad for the weight loss campaign.
I love their smooth taste. I'm thinking quesadillas. I bought some special cheese.
