On Christmas morning, we took an informal family picture as we have done many years. Dennis is taking this shot, after a few tries, Matt took the picture so Dennis could be in it. But, well, none of those pictures turned out so I'll go with this one. Myself, my four adult kids plus Matt, Ilana's boyfriend. Usually Jessica, Danny's girlfriend comes but took a one day trip to visit her family in California this year.
Plus Teddy in his winter sweater. I think I have the only dog that could generate a serious discussion whether he was a pit bull or a greyhound. What? Those dogs don't look alike at all ???? Check out my particular mutt!
I've been writing about how we all just pass through. I know that all things will change as my adult children find their own ways. Will Ilana have a business librarian job far away next year? Will Susanna be enrolled in an occupational therapy program in another state? Though I'm not wild about them going far away, I hope that they both can accomplish their goals.
