Hard to believe that the end of the holiday season is here. As my friends Perry and Laura say, the thing that distinguishes the holiday season from the rest of the year is butter. Lots and lots of butter. And I, like most, love that stuff. We went to these friends today to have eggs benedict with Laura's famous hollandaise sauce. this stuff is the real thing with plenty of butter. Yummy, is it good? Dennis and Naomi as Dennis pours that delicious sauce. Yum!
Nice to visit with their daughter Monica who is starting a new job this week in her field of animation and video production and she is SO excited.
We will end the holiday season with a pizza.
Went to some friends (former neighbors) for New Year's Eve last night, came home around 10 and watched "King of Hearts".
