Our dog Teddy and cat Starbaby are buddies. Starbaby lived with a dog who helped with the kittens when she was very young. So she has trained each of her dogs to snuggle with her. Actually she likes to be roughed up a bit by the dog. I know, it's weird.
When the sun comes out, they both like to sun themselves on the back deck. Together. Starbaby rubs against Teddy wanting some attention. This picture illustrates that Starbaby can get quite snuggly. Teddy figures that's how it is. He loves everybody and that includes kitties.
Not much sun in Seattle this summer. Currently a bit drizzly and 63 degrees. I heard that we've had 78 minutes with the temperature over 80 degrees this whole summer. Still I prefer this than hot!
