The University of Washington is hosting one of the NCAA softball regionals. University of Oregon had almost the same seed as Washington but don't get to host. Instead they were shipped out to Penn State. Oregon won their first game today. Washington had to start their regional a day earlier because BYU is one of the teams. Somehow they get to say that, since they refuse to play on Sundays, the schedule has to be different. Don't know why they should be any different but...
So, I bought the ticket pack(2) for the whole regional. I didn't get to see the first game but Susanna went with me to the second game Washington vs Portland State which Washington won handily. Beautiful weather, quite a nice time. We saw a few people we know mainly part of the Salling family.
I'm working on getting everything together to go watch the games down at Husky Stadium, why not go for it.
I mounted a successful defense at unemployment this morning. All good.
