Photoessauy #1301 - Rangy Rhody
Here is the rhody that's near my front door at the corner. In its cherry red glory. It's truly doing it's thing. But it's incredibly rangy. Meaning each set of leaves and blooms are at the end of long long stems. I know, I know, I should have pruned it long ago and often.
So, as soon as it's done doing it's brilliant blooming, I am going to whack it way back. And hope it survives. Maybe, maybe not. Actually if nothing grows there, it would be fine because it's mostly just in the way.
So I celebrate its glorious candy apple blooms. Because it's going.
Looking for somebody going to the Gainesville super-regional; Ilana is there for her summer internship; she would like to cheer for the Ducks.
