Styling it

A nice picture of Danny and Jessica styling it up for New Years Eve last night.  Have to ask them where they went.  But it looks festive!

We stayed home and tried to comfort and reassure the dog who did NOT like all those loud noises.

I posted the pictures of the gravestones of my great great grandparents in Rochester to a Facebook group "Tracing the Tribe - Jewish Genealogy on Facebook."  People are very generous in translating gravestones or other documents.  I didn't think it was readable but I got an answer!

Raphael: (abbr) Here is buried / our dear father / a man wholehearted and upright / (abbr) our teacher the master Rafael Aryeh / son of Mr. Baruch Horvitz / who went to his [eternal] world / 16th of the month of Elul / in the year 5673 / (abbr) May his soul be bound in the bond of life

Ethel: (abbr) Her is buried / our dear mother / Etil daughter of Aryeh / Leib died 13th / of the month of Shvat / in the year 5678 / (abbr) May her soul be bound in the bond of life

If didn't give too much information but I got some father's names
