Before we could have our ceremony, the Amsterdam city workers came and installed the tiles in the pavement. They put the three for the Baumann family and then moved the grandparents two tiles separately. These tiles will be moved in several months when the road construction in Lekstraat is done.
An says she works almost exclusively with these two workers. They're quick, they're in and out, the know exactly what they are doing. I'm in both pictures, in the top picture talking to the rabbi and watching the action in the lower picture.
