Frankie holding Grandma's hand. This was entirely his idea. We're visiting the 1880 farmhouse restored by Mark and Teresa. Frank at 17 months old is quite selective who he's going to. He hadn't paid much attention to me. But we went out back to look at their property and Frankie came right up to me and wanted to hold my hand and walk down to see. For awhile and then it was over. But he wanted Grandma's hand.
Good news, my brother had triple bypass surgery in the bay area. I'm the Designated Decision Maker so I'm the one to get the call. And I did from the surgeon who assured me the surgery went well, the heart look good. So he goes into the next phase.
What does it mean, to be the designated person for a family member. Means there are no more elders in front of you, you're the one!
