My grandaughter Melina and her boyfriend Chris this evening at our house. They are looking for an apartment in Everett. All part of an ambitious scheme to give Melina the opportunity to complete her education at Everett Community College. A big deal. Mostly funded by us.
But she's serious about it, she means it. And so do I. She's made tremendous progress in figuring out the college and how to get what she needs.
They found a possible apt, they came over here and we tried to fill out the paperwork. Then had dinner.
I'm counting on her!
