Here's Suzie bringing the big dish of latkes that and Megan have just cooked up. That's a lotta latkes and, of course, they are all gone. The brisket in the foreground. We all had a good time and played some speed dreidel afterwards. Naomi is the only one who knows what the characters mean. We depend on her!
Those latkes were delicious, improved by the addition of Matt's cheesecloth technique. We used 10 lbs of potatoes, 8 eggs, 3 whole onions. Dennis thought they could use more onion!
