Charl is going to speak at a photo conference in the Bay Area in the next few weeks. They put up a website with examples of their speakers' work. You can find it at

His section is the one with the deep red rose. He has a lot of his flower pictures there. I know he has spoken and judged a lot among the Bay Area photo clubs.
