Photoessay #2842 - Chew-resistant

We draw names for xmas gifts; that way you only have to buy one gift and you receive one gift.  For right now, it works really well.  At the end, Jessica pulled out a package of tough chew-resident dog toys.  "For Teddy (our dog) from Maddie (their dog)!

Teddy is a work dog; he likes to get the job done.  Which mean tearing the toy to smithereens.  He proceeded on the task and he's about destroyed every one.

Naomi took this picture after he had the toys an hour or so.  He's done a pretty thorough job of tearing them apart.

Last night (night after xmas) we had our Wednesday Parent Group meeting, 20 turned out.  We always have a food table set up.  People sign up or just bring whatever.  We usually have a fair amount of eats; it varies.  Last night, for the first time in nearly 13 years, night after xmas, the food table was completely bare.  Not even any stale crackers or raw carrots.  Nada.  I'm sure not one person there wanted to put food on a plate.  And no complaints either.  People were drinking water or hot tea.  Too Much Food.
