Peter's chocolates

At the recent auction, I bought a year's worth of chocolates made by Peter H.  The people in the shop near me, Chocolate Man, will teach you how to make fine chocolates.  Such a bad/good idea.  Peter has learned to make chocolates.  See the first batch, I selected citrus flavors (lemon, orange, grapefruit), some of my favorites.  I've got a LOT of favorites.  For Thanksgiving.  I let everybody have some.  Not too many and very delicious.
