King Fire

The Lake Tahoe area is under a Dense Smoke Alert which discourages outside activity due to the huge King Fire burning south of here.  But it's pretty fine in Tahoma.  Little smoky odor, that's about it.  However coming up I80 out of Rocklin, the smoke was so thick, it really interfered with vision, the air was acrid and everything looked light gray.

I hear it's 35% contained.
