Headwaters

We hope to visit the Headwaters of the Sacramento River on our upcoming trip.  We found this little park looking for a letterbox.  Cute park with the natural spring.  We saw all kinds of people taking water from the spring.  I think we only had some paper cups.  But it was delicious water.  We won't have that much different this time!

Convenient to the freeway.  When we go, it will get us in the mood for the semi-arid Sacramento Valley.  Where I grew up.

Headwaters; cool word.  Seems like you could use it for something profound.
