I'm 'building' my blog book for 2008. I've had one printed for 2007 and I LOVE IT! It cost $88 to produce. Yet when I show it to people, they generally say "You only paid $88 for this??" The 2007 book only covered from May - December. The 2008 will be a Jan-December book so will cost more. Plus I'm going for a hard cover this time.
So, even though all of the photos will appear with their blog posts, I have three special ones:

Ok, I'll bite - WHat's the M&M game?
I heard about the M&M game from somebody when the kids were little. When you go on the ferry (which we had to a lot when the grandparents lived in Port Townsend), you buy one package M&Ms from the vending machine. Everybody guesses how many of each color is in the package, somebody writes it down. Then you open the package and sort the M&Ms. Announce the results and the person who guessed closest gets all of those color M&Ms. But then everybody starts trading and, actually, we even it out so everybody gets the same amount.
This can entertain 4 young kids for the Edmonds-Kingston route.
