Photoessay #1406 - 1995 - the Kid's family

I'm sorting through the mountain of loose photos and classifying them by (the approximate) year in 'jackets' (file folders but they're envelopes) in a bill box.

Came across this one from 1995 (a California trip) of Jamie and Dee and their three sons. The youngest was named for Dennis! That little one is now playing varsity high school football (offense AND defense). Jamie and Dee wonder if they really can become football parents. Oh well, they probably can! Robin, the middle one, is a senior in high school and hopes to attend MIT or Caltech. Could happen! Clark, the eldest, good looking kid now back living with his folks.

We stopped in and visited them on our trip last week. Thanks to Robin, who let us sleep in his bed. We went out to a downtown brewery type place for dinner and chatted. I've always really liked Dee, she has so things for me to think about.

Dennis and his parents helped out Jamie quite a bit when he was a teenager as he had little family support. Always a big heart and a quick study. He now works as an engineer at Intel.

I sent this pic to Jamie and he says it's now his background on his computer
