My favorite time of year down at the Farmer's Market at the Town Center. All of the beautiful peppers from eastern Washington. I just can't help buying all of the kinds ( except maybe the super hot). So colorful and beautiful! Something about their bounty gets me going.
I will try a thai-style curry tonight with some of these. I had bought a six pack of canned coconut milk at Costco some months back. One of those impulse purchases.
I'm somewhat recovered from my football game usher debut. But that interview tomorrow?? Just don't know.
