Here's a clearer shot from our visit to Camp River Ranch last weekend. My family knows when I say 'Assume the position', that means that everyone has to line up and smile at the camera. So we were walking in the meadow exploring what the day camp kids do with Naomi, or rather Nemo, who is a staff member. Naomi works in the resident camp rather than the day camp but she knows the drill. Melina looks like she's have a good time. Why not? Camp is a fun place! I'm trying to convince her to attend day camp.
I'm picking up Melina tomorrow. She wants to go swimming at Mountlake Terrace pool again, we can do that. Maybe some letterboxing thrown in. Our main assignment, though, is to give out the registration packets (pictured) at the Shorelake rec soccer tournament late in the afternoon. Dennis has been working day and night on soccer registration stuff. We can get it done!
I'll be heading over to the university pretty soon to participate in the training for being part of the University of Washington football game day staff. Ought to be pretty interesting.
