Seattle enjoys blossoming trees this time of year. I've always considered those blossoming trees as somehow magical. I've been distracted and not stopped to take any blossom pictures. Yesterday, coming home from Dr. Alex, I again saw the line of flowering trees in front of Shoreline Center. Why not stop? You know, unemployed, have plenty of time. So I did.
This shot looks extraterrestial, don't you think? With its dramatic perspective? Those could be outer space colony pads in the background, far, far away. Reaching out into the universe with their attractive seductive pink lifeforms. That blossom on the lower left, could be broadcasting to and tracking the daughter ships.
Or, it could be the flowering trees on 1st NE in front of Shoreline Center which houses the district offices of the Shoreline School District as well as other community organizations. Standing below one tree silhouetting the flowers against the early spring gray sky....
