Photoessay #637 - Senior Project

Today kind of snuck up on me. Not too many things, mostly personal interaction planned. Daisy and LInda were coming over for a puppy play date. Dr. Marnie was going to call, Danny and Jessica wanted to meet the puppy and wanted to come for dinner. The play date never happened but the day mostly just picked up steam as it went along. All 4 adult kids were over here at one time or another. Had a long talk with Marnie, there was a team meeting I completely forgot about, good thing they called. So woosh it all happened and I never got around to doing much work or writing my blog entry.

In order to graduate from high school, the kids have to do a senior project, the notebooks are due tomorrow. Danny never did one, Susanna made a CD of her piano music, Ilana ran the Mom'n Me Service Unit campout and Naomi has done a project up at camp. They have some new trails and she's worked out some destination activities at the end of the trails.

Has the catchy title "Instructional Program Area; a guide to Knots; Lashing and Fire Building" It's been a lot of work, working with camp personnel, many trips up to camp; actually I don't know what all is involved. I've kept out of it.

But she's got it done, she had her interview for her camp job today, she will be a counselor. She just has to figure out her housing application. She's on it!

Featured is her knot activity board and the cover of her notebook. Congrats Naomi on finishing this portion of your senior project!
