Photoessay #467 - I'm armed
Dennis and I attended the first class of puppy training this evening. This time, you attend without puppy. Really our guy is doing quite well. But when we started discussing behaviors, I realized that we had real trouble with a certain behavior. He's underfeet, pulling on out pant legs, biting our ankles, he sometimes bites our hand and other parts. They knew just what to do. When the puppy does this, you hold him by the cover and spray some water in his face from a spray bottle. You don't say a word. If he persists more than a day or two, put a few inches of vinegar and dilute. If that still doesn't work, go for the big guns which is mouth spray or mouthwash in a spray bottle. If you have to use this, put it in his mouth.
Great, I thought, this behavior really bothers Dennis and Naomi and I'm not too fond of us. We stopped at Walgren on the way home and bought 3 cheap spray bottles. That boy is too smart though. Since I've come home, he hasn't done it AT ALL.
I haven't been here that much, I left immediately for swimming.
But we're ready!
