Photoessay #98 - Waterfalls
We returned from our 5 day Eastern Washington trip today. Yesterday we stayed in a beautiful suite overlooking the Columbia River in Hood River. Nobody really wanted to leave this morning. We drove on the old Columbia River Highway which goes right past Multnomah Falls. So impressive; a drop of over 600 feet. White water crashing down over the rocks spraying mist. Old stone work overlooks.
Decided I had to include at least one picture of everybody 'assuming the position'
We are so tired and glad to be home. I really expect to have pictures for these days but i would like Dennis to make smaller versions of them
Check out www.ginsburgh-pixs.blogspot.com if you would like a glimpse of the world in 1962. One posted and more to come.
