Here are some pictures that I have posted of myself in the last several weeks. I'm interested in how I experience the passage of time.
For review:
1967 I make my hair poufy
1983 Danny's Naturalization
2020 I put a stone on Grandma Anne's memorial stone
It would seem to me that a mountain of time passed between my poufy hair picture and the Naturalization picture. In the second picture, I'm married and a parent going through an important occasion. Yet only 16 years have passed.
Yet time has flown by to the time that I'm depositing that memorial stone. And a lot of time has. In fact 37 years since the Naturalization picture. Thirty seven years is a very very long time, more than twice the first interval.
How does that happen?
