Yesterday, Dennis, Ilana, and I went to visit the new Burke Museum on the UW campus. A lot of space; not quite filled. One thing I really like is that they've configured the labs and workshops to be visible from the visit area. Mostly through glass windows. Some of the windows open and you can talk directly to the researcher. We chatted for awhile with a man cataloging a bunch of small stuffed birds.
