A Daughter Date

Megan, my daughter in law, me, Naomi, my daughter and Susana, my daughter.

We went to see a splendid if violent play "A Thousand Splendid Suns" a story about women in a family in Afghanistan.  The acting so excellent, combined with stunning music, beautifully effective stage design and dramatic lighting.  The whole thing moving.

I wondered why they picked it out, turns out that Megan had read the book in high school.

We all had fun and walked over to McMenamins afterwards for dinner.
