Trump's letter? Really?

The last few days, I've done lots of errands mostly having to do with people doing things to my body.  Nothing fun, I might add.  So I've been hearing about how the North Korea meeting is now on and the North Korean envoy is going to personally deliver a letter to Trump.  With flourish and drama.  And then Trump talking about how he hasn't read it yet, blah blah blah.  Deliver me.

I get a daily feed from some of the CNN reporters and the one from Brian Stelter rolled in with this picture of the Letter from North Korea.

Are you kidding me?  Is that really the all important diplomatic letter?  Is his picture real?  Looking around to other sites, I see that Trump was wearing that tie.  That's the Oval Office.  It's gotta be real.

So since Trump is a really big important man, he deserves the BIGGEST letter.  A YUGE letter, bigger than anybody else's letter that he can pose with it in front of his crotch.  Nobody has EVER had a letter bigger than this, ever.

It looks like a novelty letter that you would bring to a child's birthday party.  Maybe there's a special treat in it.

Somebody set me straight here.  Do important diplomatic communications normally look like this?  Or are the North Koreans ridiculing him.?  Playing him as a fool?
