Photoessay #2857 - Settlement House

The quarter is cruising to the end.  The four undergraduates and I in the Digital Jewish History class and tackling some of those technical problems we all tend to overlook.  Do I have enough images and are they high quality?  How can I use imovie if I don't have access to a Mac?  How come I can't get any of those loaner Macs?  How do I get my narration in.  Does my site make sense?

I think we should have been looking at these issues a few weeks ago.  My position is ambiguous; I'm helping Katie, did put my mapping section up.  I am going to somehow get back to special collections to get some high quality pics in this 1934 history which we've been navigating around since the beginning.

I thought the printed annual report booklets gave the clearest idea of the variety of activities.  I took pictures of them; Katie has been featuring them and Prof. P always falls for them.  So that part is good.

I think Naomi is in the air on the Tel Aviv -- Newark flight.  Hope she can make the connection and all landings are safe.  Dennis will pick her up at the airport tomorrow.  I want to hear all about it.

One of the few pictures of the an activity (sewing class) from the Settlement House.
