Last night, I made up this spreadsheet. Thirteen people,over two weeks or so.
Please check the clipboard with the bright pink schedule. If you are listed on there, that's what I think you're doing during that day. If that's not right, please notify the management (that's me).

The big event is Saturday but the beat goes on well into the next week a beyond. People coming and going. Lots of events, house sitting gigs. More on the back.
Having a large family always keeps things hopping, add the out of town rellies and, well, I think I'll go eat some chocolate.
