Photoessay #2917 - Another great dinner!

That's two over-the-top dinners in two days.  I joined with other auction guests to buy the Changes Board dinner.  If you want to support Parent Group and come to the auction, this item can't be beat!  King, a member of the Board has a background in gourmet cuisine and his dinners are fabulous.

First Course - Fresh Hawaiin Swordfish resting on grilled pineapple finished with pineapple compond butter and chopped macadamia nuts

Second Course - Baby Spinach Salad with crumbled bacon, fresh mushrooms, crumbled egg, and toasted almonds finished with honey finaigrette

Third Course - Blood Orange Sorbet

Fourth Course - Grilled Tenderloin cradled ina port-poached Portabella Mushroom finished in a bourdelaise sauce and accompanied by green beans dressed with garlic and sliced almonds

Fifth Course - Nectarine Crumble finished with whipped cream

That's food craziness!  Everything delicious and specially made.
