Another midnight update.....
Just got back from my job as an usher for the football games at the University of Washington. This was the last game in this stadium. They're going to completely redo it. So the last game (Apple Cup) for this year and all of the games for next year will be at SeaHawks stadium and they have their own staff.
So no more ushering for awhile. Which is fine with me. We'll see if I want to go back in two years.
At my suggestion, we took this shot of the ushers for the Lower Portion of the South Stands. The upper stands. Which makes sense if you know Husky Stadium or the old Husky Stadium. The South Stands were the original high stands and they're going to be demolished and replaced. So my section will be no more. But this is the crew for the lower part of the stands.
Nearly a sellout tonight and we had problems with seats, people in wrong seats refusing to move, some duplicate tickets. And the fans did not do their share of demolition as we feared. They took the seat cushions which we allowed.

Today was Melina's birthday, we went to the Burke and they walked me down to the athletic facilities. Dennis and Melina waited in the Zone and watched the band and cheerleaders perform as the team walked in.
