Naomi asked for a lemon pie in the continuing celebration of her birthday. May mom's recipe, this one has dazzled many a potluck. One of those sweetened evaporated milk recipes. You should have it in your repertoire, this one never fails.
Does contain the rind of one lemon plust 1/2 cup lemon juice so it is 'real'. You don't bake it, you brown it under the broiler.
