Day 1 of Mom's Weekend here at Washington State University. A big deal with lots of college students shepherding around lots of moms. So far, Naomi's been a great host. Drove over here with friend Denise H, little snow on the west side of the pass, that's it.
A lot of scheduled activities, and a bunch of other ones. Shortly after I came, we went to a dance recital in the basketball gym of the beginning, intermediate and advanced swing dance, jazz dance and ballet. Naomi's taking beginning swing dance so got extra credit for attending. Fun! We had mexican food at the CUB and go to a late night improv.
I'm working on not getting too tired. All these hills are too much for me!
Tomorrow, we have chemistry demonstration, special ice cream treats at Ferdinands, a book sale and a matinee theater performance. Could do the Hawaiian Luau, briefly considered the marquee event, Jay Leno but,um, maybe not
