Photoessay #974 - Focus

mmmm....don't feel like putting up a picture of my late parents today, just too hard.

Not today.

My challenge (and it's a good one) is to figure out things going forward. Much has changed. Dennis and I brought the new information to the financial person. JoEllyn was correct when she said that our lives have changed. It's not bad, just changes how I might approach things.

But that's too tough for today so instead I will show a picture of my young dog. Of course, that's always a good idea.

Teddy had a personality change a few months ago. His focus is chasing the ball. Finding a ball, bringing the ball to you and dropping it, taking off as you throw the ball, chasing the ball, retrieving the ball. It's what it's all about. He does not look kindly on the other dogs (formerly his very best friends) who interfere with his important ball-related activities. In fact, I had to go to another part of the dog park when he and Lincoln had a dispute brought on by Lincoln (same age and size) trying to distract Teddy from his ball-driven duties. First time I had to do that.

Here, Teddy and I demonstrate the ball and Teddy's focus

Will go with Curtis tonight to hear David Sheff and Nic Sheff, a father and son, who wrote separate books about Nic's addiction.
