This will be my last day in Rockford this trip. Still very cold. 0 degrees out there currently. In the interest of safety and property protection, I'm taking the taxi to the hospital and then from the hospital to the bus. Sometimes you have to do that.
I want to write about the ghosts from the dressers but it really deserves its own post. The subject line refers to the novel I just read, "A Summons to Memphis". Excellent and so so appropriate from this trip.
Gotta go, so I can be ready for the taxi
