My son Danny with his new girlfriend Jessica at our early Thanksgiving, this afternoon. Glad that he wanted to come and that Jessica came along. She'll be here on Thursday as well. Just mugging for (or trying to escape from) the camera. Susanna beaming in the background. I liked Jessica..I liked Kelley his former girlfriend a lot also. Kelley saw Danny through his health challenges of this summer.
Also pleased to see Susanna feeling more comfortable around her brother. He's been holding out his hand for some years.
Great meal today with my husband's family. That's three festive group meals in three days. We are festived out and it's not even Thanksgiving yet. This may be the height of the holiday season already. But there's more to come!
