Busy busy weekend, I will write about all kinds of facets. But as Dennis and I reflected along that looooong ride along I-5....what we learned this weekend...we never knew this before...it was revealed to us. That we needed, that everybody needs....a horse trailer. We had no idea of the importance, we did not know how crucial it was. A horse trailer IS essential. Not a horse, really though we like and respect horses. But a horse trailer.
The Cooks brought a large barbecue, dozens and dozens of home-made cinnamon roles and a home-made wedding canopy made by Mr. Cook himself made out of piping, tarps and flexible cords. The canopy was breathtaking, how had we previously lived without this canopy? And this, plus many other important items came to Eugene from Elmira in a horse trailer.
You can put tons of stuff in a horse trailer. The large barbecue only took up a small part of it. A horse trailer sits close to the ground so you can get things in and out easily. You can even put horses in it. On the way back, we noticed many people had horse trailers. So much smarter than us, previously we never knew about horse trailers. We realized that many problems we have pondered COULD be solved with a horse trailer.
Who knew?
