Say it ain't so! Our little post office outlet that's been in the back of the card shop for years and years, as long as I've lived here, closes right after Christmas. I believe the card store itself is also closing. How can this happen? I've alwayscounted on the little post office. Nearby, usually don't have to wait too long. So handy. Every time I'm there, I whine and moan and let them know that they just can't close, they MUST provide an alternate post office outlet in the same center. They listen but they make no assurances, they don't feel that obligation. "Surely you will open up somewhere else!" I entreat the ladies who work there. But, alas, they won't. I'll have to go to the main post office which is farther and more crowded.
Small losses, well, medium sized losses, at least!
