My temperature blanket/scarf. About half done,
I'm working from a list of high temperatures in Seattle in 2023. Each color represents a temperature range. The idea is that you make a scarf for one year, then from a much prior year and you can demonstrate climate change by comparing the two scarfs
This is what I have done. But it's too long. One row for every day. I want to mount it in some kind of display. Also it's quite a lot wider and then it's narrower and that's not all that cool.
So now I'm thinking that I need a shorter version. I'm thinking of taking the median of every 3 days. My friend Kolette (an expert crocheter) advises that I need to tear it out and do it over.
She's probably right but it's painful. I need the green cool colors for the beginning.
It's currently laying in state.
